Welcome to DĀNIS. By accessing our website, subscribing to our services, or deploying our chat widget, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“Client”) and DĀNIS. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

DĀNIS provides a multi-tenant retrieval-augmented generation platform that crawls website directories, parses documents, generates vector database stores, and serves chat widgets to answer visitor inquiries. All services are provided subject to payment of selected subscription plan character quotas.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for the content, privacy guidelines, and copyright permissions of any URLs scraped or documents uploaded to the DĀNIS dashboard. You guarantee that crawled sources do not violate copyright, trademark, or local data privacy laws.

4. Vector Databases & Data Ownership

Clients retain full ownership of all text parsed, documents uploaded, and vectors generated. We will not use customer data to train public models. We reserve the right to delete all database partitions and cryptographic namespaces upon subscription cancellation.

5. Disclaimer of Hallucinations

While DĀNIS applies strict grounding instructions to the language models, AI generation is probabilistic. DĀNIS is not liable for incorrect, misleading, or unexpected chat responses generated by the widget. Clients should verify accuracy metrics via the admin panel logs.

6. Term and Termination

Subscription cycles are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations will apply at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds are offered.
